Once copied, rename the sheet to something personal like "My Orders 2026." Then customize the headers if needed. Most buyers add or remove one or two columns to match their exact workflow. The formulas adjust automatically because they reference entire columns, not specific cell ranges.

Template Deep Dive: Order Tracker

The Order Tracker is our most popular hubbuycn spreadsheet template. It contains twelve columns, five conditional formatting rules, and a Summary tab. The Total Cost column uses SUM formulas.
